Labor Cost Transparency

Set your hourly rate once. Every time entry calculates:
- Cost per entry = Hours × Rate
- Activity totals = Sum of all entries for that activity
- Project totals = Complete labor cost picture

Default rate: $80/hour. Configurable in Labor Cost settings.
